SMAX uses leading e-commerce fulfillment services, and delivery is free nationwide in Thailand for orders more than 1,500 baht. Orders to Bangkok will arrive in 1-2 working days after the order is confirmed. Orders to all other provinces will arrive in 3-5 working days after the order is confirmed. For international orders we use DHL Express. It can take 1-3 business days (Asia, Europe, US, Middle East) and the rest of the world it can take 3-5 days after the order is complete. IMPORTED AND CUSTOMS TAXES Please note, when shipping internationally we will not be held liable for any customs charges, duties or taxes charged by your local government authorities.

We accept PayPal and Debit/Credit cards and Promptpay via Opn platform

We will email your order confirmation and tracking code. Orders will arrive in 1-2 working days (Bangkok) and 3-5 working days (other provinces). Note that Covid pandemic conditions may impact delivery times.
